Four levels. One product.
Every plan runs the same application, with the same audits, the same rules and the same tasks. What changes as you go up is whether you can take data out, whether you bring your own identity provider, and ultimately whether it runs on our infrastructure or yours.
Silver and gold are priced per user, right in the comparison below; platinum and uranium are quoted individually. A purchased unit is one organization admin or 25 users.

Uranium
The same product, on your own servers.
Uranium is a deployment, not a feature flag: your own instance, your own database and your own identity realm. It runs on your servers, and we can still help you set everything up.
Platinum gives you the same separation, hosted by us: your own database, your own identity realm and your own domain, such as yourcompany.auditee.com. The only difference from uranium is who runs the infrastructure. On silver and gold the service is one identity realm and one database, with every row scoped to its organization — strong, enforced on every request, but logical.
Seats and billing
Counted honestly, suspended gently.
- One unit
- One organization admin or 25 users.
- What consumes a seat
- A pending invitation reserves one, and a disabled member still holds one.
- After the due date
- A 48-hour grace period with full access and a visible banner, then suspension. Trials work the same way, with their own wording.
- While suspended
- Background processing keeps running, so rounds and deadlines stay truthful when payment resumes. Only people are blocked.
- Who sees it
- Payment wording reaches organization admins only. Regular members see a neutral page, and poll participants see nothing about money at all.
